Hours

Deliveries run every day from 6am to 6pm, Port-au-Prince time. Outside those hours you can still order and collect directly from the merchant. This is not a technical limit: it is the window where we can guarantee a driver arrives, and we would rather promise nothing than promise something we cannot keep at night.

Your neighbourhood is not listed?

We open areas gradually, based on how many merchants and drivers are available there. Join the waitlist: we open first where requests pile up, and that is usually what decides the order.

Delivery questions

How much does delivery cost?
The fee depends on the merchant's area and yours — a delivery within the same neighbourhood costs less than crossing the city. The exact amount shows before you confirm your order, never after. Nothing is added at the door.
How long does it take?
It depends on distance, traffic and the merchant's preparation time. You follow your driver live in the app, from pickup to your door: rather than a promised time, you see where they are.
Do you deliver outside Port-au-Prince?
Not yet. We are focusing on the metropolitan area first to keep the service reliable before expanding. Opening a city where we cannot deliver properly serves nobody.
How do I know if a merchant delivers to me?
In the app you set your area when ordering and only see shops that can reach you. No filling a basket only to find out at checkout that it is not possible.
