The questions that come up most often, answered plainly. If yours is not here, write to us — we answer.
- On staff, you are hired directly by MON COLIS and the company pays you: what you earn does not depend on how many runs the day happened to bring. Flexible means you are paid per run based on distance and you ride when you want. Tell us what you are looking for in the form, and we talk it through on the call.
- It depends on your track. On staff, the company pays you. Flexible means every run pays you, and the amount depends on distance: a long run pays more than a short one. Either way, tips added by the customer are yours in full — we take nothing from them — and you see the detail in the app.
- Our team assigns jobs based on your area and your vehicle. You do not have to race other drivers to grab an order first: when a job suits you, it arrives on your phone. You go online when you are available and offline when you are not.
- No. We work with drivers on motorbikes, in cars, on bicycles and on foot. What matters is the area you cover and your reliability. Jobs are assigned according to your means of transport — we do not send someone on foot ten kilometres away.
- A valid ID, and a licence if you deliver with a motor vehicle. We tell you exactly what to prepare when we call — nothing complicated, and you send nothing before we have spoken.
- Flexible, yes: you go online when you want to work and offline when you are done, with no quota to hit. On staff, hours are agreed with the team — that is the trade-off for pay that does not depend on the number of runs.
- That is not yours to carry alone. The app covers this case: you report the no-show, the team takes over and tells you what to do with the parcel. You are not left at a closed door deciding on your own, and a delivery that fails for a reason outside your control does not count against you.
