What if it goes wrong?
For hot food, you can cancel until the restaurant accepts the order. For anything else, up until the driver picks it up. After that, open a dispute from the order: someone reads it, answers you, and if it's on us the money goes back to your wallet.
Who's coming to my door?
Our drivers are recruited and managed by MON COLIS. We have their ID, we know where they're going, and they call you when they arrive. They're not bikes picked up off the street that morning.
How do you choose the shops?
Before a shop shows up in the app, we take the owner's ID and someone from our team visits the place. No visit, no shop.
What about my money?
You pay the driver when he hands you the order. Not before. We'll never ask you for a card number or a MonCash password — if someone asks in our name, they're lying.
Where's my order?
Open the order in the app and you see where it is: the status changes on its own, and there's nobody to call and ask.

What is MON COLIS?
A Haitian app that shows you what's available around you — restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, auto parts, shops — and has it delivered. You see who has what you're after, you order, a driver brings it. You can also send a package from one point to another.
Can I order now?
Not yet. We're opening soon, one neighbourhood at a time. Leave your WhatsApp number: you'll get a message the day we deliver to you, and nothing else.
How much is delivery?
It depends on where the shop is and where you are. Within the same area it costs less than crossing the city. There are service fees too. Both show, separately, before you confirm. Nothing is added at the door.
How do I pay?
Cash to the driver when he arrives, or from your MON COLIS wallet. You choose when you order. MonCash and NatCash are paused for now.
Where and when do you deliver?
Across 6 communes of the metropolitan area, every day from 6am to 6pm. The exact list of areas is on the “Where we deliver” page — and there are places we don't go to, which the app tells you when you pick your address.
What if my order doesn't arrive, or something's missing?
Open a dispute from the order. Depending on the case we chase the driver, send it out again, or refund you to your wallet. An open dispute always gets an answer.
Can I order from two shops at once?
Yes. Each shop then has its own delivery and its own fee — you see the detail before you confirm.
Can I send a package to someone?
Yes. You say where to pick it up and who to hand it to. A driver collects it and hands it over against a code.
