1. Purpose
MON COLIS is a platform connecting customers, merchants and drivers, together with a delivery service in Port-au-Prince. These terms govern the use of the website and the app.
2. Acceptance
By using MON COLIS, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
3. Account
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.
4. Orders and payment
Prices, delivery fees and service fees are shown separately before confirmation; no amount is added at delivery. Payment is made in cash on delivery or from your MON COLIS wallet. MonCash and NatCash payments have been suspended since 16 August 2026; their reopening will be covered by an update to these terms. Placing an order constitutes a commitment to pay.
5. Delivery
Delivery is provided in Port-au-Prince and surroundings, every day from 6am to 6pm. Stated times are indicative and may vary with traffic and local conditions.
6. Merchants and drivers
Merchants are responsible for their products, availability and prices. Drivers carry out the delivery of orders. MON COLIS facilitates the connection and the organization of delivery.
7. Cancellation and refund
For prepared food, cancellation is free until the restaurant accepts the order; for other items, it remains possible until the driver collects it. Beyond that, the request goes through a dispute opened from the order. Refunds are credited to your MON COLIS wallet; service fees already incurred are not refunded.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to commit fraud or harm the service or others.
9. Intellectual property
The MON COLIS brand, logo and the content of the website and app are protected. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
10. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. MON COLIS cannot be held liable for interruptions due to force majeure, or the unavailability of networks or payment operators.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Haitian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Port-au-Prince.
