MON COLIS is a platform connecting customers, merchants and drivers, together with a delivery service in Port-au-Prince. These terms govern the use of the website and the app.

By using MON COLIS, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.

Prices are shown before confirmation. Payment is made via MonCash, NatCash, cash on delivery or your MON COLIS wallet. Placing an order constitutes a commitment to pay.

Delivery is provided in Port-au-Prince and surroundings, every day from 6am to 6pm. Stated times are indicative and may vary with traffic and local conditions.

Merchants are responsible for their products, availability and prices. Drivers carry out the delivery of orders. MON COLIS facilitates the connection and the organization of delivery.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the status of the order. Refunds may be credited to your MON COLIS wallet.

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to commit fraud or harm the service or others.

The MON COLIS brand, logo and the content of the website and app are protected. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

The service is provided “as is”. MON COLIS cannot be held liable for interruptions due to force majeure, or the unavailability of networks or payment operators.

These terms are governed by Haitian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Port-au-Prince.
