How it works

From sender to recipient, in 4 steps.

1

Create the send

Enter the pickup point, the recipient and their number. That's it.

2

A driver picks it up

They come to collect the package and enter your pickup code.

3

Live tracking

You and the recipient track the package in real time, all the way to delivery.

4

The recipient receives it

They give their reception code to the driver — delivery confirmed.

Why it's better

Simple, secure, and tracked end to end.

📦

Direct, no shop

A package goes from your place to anywhere in the city — no need to go through a store.

📍

Live tracking

Watch the driver move, from pickup to the recipient's door.

🔒

Secure codes

A pickup code at collection, a reception code at delivery. No one else can take your package.

📱

The recipient doesn't need the app

They get a link: they see the tracking and their code, even without installing MON COLIS.

💳

Flexible payment

MonCash, NatCash or cash. Pay however you like.

🛵

Verified drivers

Drivers employed and paid by MON COLIS, who call you on arrival.

Without the app

Your recipient gets a link — that's all.

You share a link on WhatsApp. If they have the app, it opens and the package is added to “Incoming”. If not, a web page shows them the status and their reception code. Nothing to install.

  • Shareable link in one tap
  • Opens the app or the browser
  • Reception code always at hand
FAQ

Questions about packages

Everything you need to know before you send.

How do I send a package?

Open MON COLIS, pick “Packages”, enter the pickup point, the recipient and their number. A driver comes to collect your package.

Does the recipient need the app?

No. You share a link with them: if they have the app, it opens and adds the package to “Incoming”; if not, a web page shows them the tracking and their reception code.

How do the codes work?

Two codes protect your package: a pickup code you give the driver at collection, and a reception code the recipient gives at delivery. No one else can take it.

Where do you deliver, and how do I pay?

In Port-au-Prince and around, every day from 6am to 6pm. You pay with MonCash, NatCash or cash, when you create the send.

Can I track my package live?

Yes. You and the recipient track the driver in real time, from pickup to delivery.

Soon ready to send.
