You create the send
Where to pick it up, who to hand it to, their number. That's it.
A driver collects it
You give him your pickup code, and he types it in front of you.
You both follow it
You and the recipient see every step change, all the way to hand-over.
They receive it
They give the driver their reception code. Delivery confirmed.
Two codes, and nobody else knows them.
One code out, one code in
You give the first to the driver when he takes the package. The recipient gives the second when they receive it. In between, we always know who has it.
Straight, door to door
The package goes from your place to any area we deliver to. The driver covers the whole route — there's no warehouse in between.
Every step shows up
Picked up, on the way, arrived: it changes on its own on your phone. Nobody to call and ask.
They don't need the app
You send them a link. They see where the package is and their code, right in their browser.
You pay at the door
Cash to the driver, or from your MON COLIS wallet. The amount shows before you confirm the send.

How do I send a package?
Open MON COLIS, pick “Packages”, enter where to collect it, who to hand it to and their number. A driver comes to collect it.
How does the recipient follow it?
You share a link with them: if they have the app, it opens and adds the package to “Incoming”; if not, a web page shows them where it is and their reception code.
How do the codes work?
Two codes protect your package: a pickup code you give the driver when he takes it, and a reception code the recipient gives on arrival. The two of you are the only ones who know them.
How much does it cost?
The fee depends on the distance between the pickup point and the drop-off address, and on the weight. The amount shows before you confirm the send, never after.
What can't I send?
Nothing illegal, nothing dangerous, no live animals, and no cash or high-value items — our drivers aren't cash couriers. If in doubt, write to us before creating the send.
Where and when do you deliver?
Across 6 communes of the metropolitan area, every day from 6am to 6pm. The exact list of areas is on the “Where we deliver” page — and there are places we don't go to, which the app tells you when you pick the address.
