MON COLIS is a Haitian platform that connects customers, merchants and drivers, and organizes delivery across Port-au-Prince. This policy explains what personal data we collect through moncolisapp.com and the app, why, and what your rights are.
Account: name, phone number, email address.
Waitlist (website): email address, WhatsApp number (optional) and chosen language.
Orders: delivery address, contents and history of your orders.
Location: used in the app for delivery and real-time tracking.
Payment: MonCash and NatCash payments are processed by those operators. MON COLIS never stores your passwords, secret codes or banking information.
Technical data: device type, connection logs, security data.
Provide the service: process and deliver your orders, manage your account and wallet.
Process payments and prevent fraud.
Contact you about the launch, your orders and support.
Improve the quality, security and coverage of the service.
Drivers: receive the information needed for delivery (address, contact).
Merchants: receive the content of the order that concerns them.
Payment operators: MonCash, NatCash, to carry out transactions.
Technical providers: hosting and infrastructure (e.g. Vercel, Supabase).
Authorities: when required by law.
We never sell your personal data.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When an item is “deleted”, it is first hidden and kept in a limited way to meet our legal and accounting obligations, before permanent deletion. Waitlist data is kept until launch and deleted upon your request.
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to certain processing, by writing to contact@moncolisapp.com. We respond within a reasonable time.
Exchanges are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access to data is restricted. No system is infallible, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The website does not use advertising cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics), without cookies: it counts visits and some actions in an aggregated, anonymous way, without profiling or individual tracking.
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
